Summary: I visit Pensacola at least once a year, sometimes twice. I was already familiar with this neighborhood, which is one of the reasons I chose this rental. The street was quiet with no disturbances. It is located near the historic part of Pensacola, which is one of the reasons I stayed here. Everything was very clean. I usually eat out most of my meals while traveling, but I did notice that the kitchen was stocked well if you did choose to cook while there. The only issue, which really isn't much of an issue, was that the first afternoon, it took a little time to cool the house down once I arrived. This is Florida, however, and on a sunny day the house will heat up. But once I cooled it down that night, the house was comfortable for the remainder of my stay. I would stay here again in the future and recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice place to stay.
